Lot 9 is one of four homes within the Castle Hill Master Plan. The design follows the natural slope of the site, using a cranked floor plan to minimise excavation and let the house settle into the landscape rather than fight it.

Dark timber contrasts with a light cantilevered structure, keeping the exterior understated. Key rooms are oriented toward Magnetic Island, with indoor and outdoor spaces that flow easily between each other.
