A modular housing concept for QBuild's Modern Methods of Construction program, designed for regional Queensland and available in two and three bedroom configurations.

The architecture takes its reference from Queensland's coastal shack tradition. Fibre cement cladding, skillion roofs, and clerestory windows give the homes a familiar, unpretentious character while keeping the design efficient to produce and straightforward to transport and install.

Internally, the layouts prioritise natural light and liveability. Soft matte finishes and considered proportions mean the homes feel designed rather than simply delivered.

The brief was affordability and adaptability without the usual compromises. That is what the project is built around.
