Lot 10 is one of four homes within the Castle Hill Master Plan. The design is made up of two buildings, each angled slightly differently to follow the natural contours of the hill rather than cut across them.

A covered walkway connects the two forms, keeping the transition between spaces simple and sheltered. The split arrangement means each building can respond to the slope on its own terms, capturing different views and minimising the excavation needed to make the site work.

The result is a home that fits the land rather than fighting it.
